Vegan Thai Iced Tea

Ingredients:

4 to 6 tea bags*
4 cups water
1/2 cup blue root agave
8 tbsp. coconut cream

Directions:

Boil the water in a large saucepan. Add tea bags and reduce heat to medium. Cover saucepan and let steep for 5 minutes, until the tea is a dark amber color. Add agave and stir in until completely dissolved. Remove pan from heat and let cool for a few minutes, then pour into a large jar with a lid and store in the fridge for as long as you want (within reason…)! When ready to serve, pour into glasses over ice. Top with about 2 tablespoons of coconut cream per every 8 oz. served.
